The Messaging Map

Your marketing, in your buyers’ own words.

The Messaging Map reads your website. Then it reads what people like your buyers are saying right now on Reddit, YouTube and LinkedIn. It comes back with your next moves, the new copy written out, and a link to the source behind every line.

A$99 One payment. Not a subscription.

One change worth ten times the price, or a full refund and you keep the research.

Why the change: homeowners’ two biggest fears are tradespeople who vanish and prices that blow out. Naming both in the headline beats a quality claim nobody can check.

What lands in your inbox

Not a report. A page of changes with the words already written.

Every part of it names the gap first: what your site says now, what your buyers say, and the change. Then it gives you the copy, and a plain how-to for the site you’re actually on.

Your next moves, in order

The first one is this week’s. Each shows the gap, the change written out, and paste-ready copy where copy is what’s missing.

Five in the sample

Red flags on your site today

Lines that collide with what your buyers say they distrust, the feeling each one triggers, and a plain replacement.

Two in the sample

Your homepage, before and after

Your current headline, subhead and button, beside the version built from what buyers actually say. It is the first screen almost every buyer judges you on.

The messaging kit

Headlines, opening hooks and objection answers, grouped by where you use them: website, email, ads, social, sales calls. Every one traced to the quote it came from.

Five headlines, five hooks, five objection answers in the sample

Posts and ads, rendered

Written out and shown the way they’d appear in the feed, so you can feel them before you post. Copy them as they are, or use them as the pattern for the next ten.

Three in the sample

Your search listing, rewritten

The title and description as they appear in Google and in AI answers, before and after. It is the one line that decides whether anyone clicks through.

Messages ready to send

Short sequences for the two habits that compound quietly: reviews coming in, and past customers coming back.

Two in the sample

The quote bank underneath all of it

Every recommendation sits on real quotes you can search, filter and copy. Each one links back to the post it came from, so you can read the whole thing yourself.

27 quotes and 12 phrases in the sample
One block from the sample

This is what a finding actually looks like.

Nothing here is dressed up. It’s one of the two red flags in the sample Map, copied across exactly as it appears.

Red flag Build trust
Your site says
“Fernhollow Landscapes was founded with a simple mission: to create beautiful outdoor spaces our clients love. From concept to completion, we handle every aspect of your project.”
Your buyers say
“I paid one guy $330 dollars for a ‘consultation’. I specifically stated I wanted to discuss obtaining a quote for how to incorporate a retaining wall and patio into the design. After the consultation he said it would be about $3,000 in surveyor fees to get to the point of quoting the job.”
The change

Replace the About Us paragraph with one that describes how the process works in plain steps, so buyers know exactly what to expect.

About Fernhollow Landscapes We are a Sydney landscaping team that designs, builds, and maintains outdoor spaces for homeowners across the greater Sydney region. Here is how we work. We visit your property, listen to what you want, and give you a written quote with a fixed price and a start date. Once you approve it, we show up when we say we will, do the work we agreed to, and do not leave until the job is done. We are fully licensed and insured. Every project has a clear scope so there are no surprises on the invoice. [add your real example: client type, what changed, the number]

How to do it: in WordPress, open the About Us page or the About section on the homepage, delete the existing paragraph, and paste this copy in its place.

Fernhollow Landscapes is a made-up business, so you can see the whole thing without reading someone else’s private work. The research is not made up. Every quote is a real person and every source link works, including the square brackets above: where you need to add proof only you have, it says so.

Why their words and not yours

The line that works is usually one your buyer already said.

You know your business better than anyone. That is exactly the problem. You write about it in your language, and your buyers describe it in theirs. The fastest fix is not better writing. It is using the sentences they already use when they talk about this without you in the room.

+400%

A headline lifted word for word from a customer review beat the marketer’s version by over 400% on clicks to the main call to action. Documented case

+9.2%

One headline change, matched to what most buyers actually wanted, lifted conversions 9.2% at statistical significance. Documented case

Two cases are not a law, and nobody can promise you a number. What they do show is where the work sits. Conversion copywriter Joanna Wiebe puts research at roughly two thirds of a copy project: the reading, the gathering, the sorting. That is the part most owners skip, and it is the part this runs for you.

Who this is for

Best when you already have customers and the words haven’t kept up.

It reads what is already public about your market and holds it up against your own site.

A good fit

  • You have real customers and revenue, and your website copy hasn’t been touched in a couple of years.
  • You’re about to launch something and you want the words right this time.
  • You write your own marketing and you’re tired of guessing what to say.
  • You already have your Quick Wins Map, and the words are the next thing.
  • You’d rather own your message than hand it to someone else and hope.

Not a fit

  • You have no offer and no site yet. There is nothing for the research to be read against.
  • You want it written and published for you. This hands you the words. Making the changes is yours, or your team’s.
  • You want the strategy conversation first. Book the free call instead. There is nothing to buy for that one.
How it works

Two minutes from you. Fifteen from it.

Nothing to install, no account to make, no call to sit through first.

Pay A$99

Secure checkout, one payment, in Australian dollars. It takes about a minute.

Answer four questions

Your website, what you sell and to whom, what you’d like more people to buy, and what your customers often worry about. About two minutes.

Your Map lands

Usually about fifteen minutes later, as a link by email. It’s a live page, not a PDF, and it’s yours to keep and share with whoever helps you.

The guarantee

If it doesn’t hand you one change worth ten times the price, full refund and you keep the research.

Ten times A$99 is A$990. For most businesses this is built for, that’s one job. If the Map doesn’t clear that bar, reply to your delivery email and say so. The refund isn’t a negotiation, and the research stays on your page either way.

Where it sits

The Quick Wins Map finds where your fastest growth is hiding. The Messaging Map gives you the words to go get it.

They’re separate, and you can start with either. The Quick Wins Map is free and takes minutes. Get that one first if you’re not sure which thing is in the way.

I built this because the research is the part nobody has time for. It’s also the rule here: nothing gets written for a client until we’ve gone and found what real people actually said about it. It is the slowest part of writing anything, so it usually sits inside a project nobody can afford to start with. Now it runs by itself, which is how it costs A$99.

Buy it, use one thing from it, and tell me what changed. That’s the only thing I want back.

Questions

The honest answers.

Including the ones that lose sales.

Is this a subscription?

No. One payment of A$99. There’s no monthly anything, no renewal, and nothing to cancel. The Map is yours to keep.

Do I get a call with you as part of it?

No, and I’d rather say that plainly than let you assume it. At this price a call isn’t part of the package. You can book a free 30-minute call the same way anyone can, before you buy or after. It costs nothing and it isn’t a pitch.

What if it isn’t useful?

Reply to your delivery email and say so, and you get a full refund. You keep the research. The bar is one change worth ten times what you paid, which is A$990.

Where does the research come from?

Public conversations: Reddit threads, YouTube comments, LinkedIn posts, from people talking about the thing you sell. Every quote on your Map links back to the post it came from, so you can read the whole thread yourself. Quotes that can’t be traced to a live source don’t make it onto the page. In the sample, 213 pieces were gathered and 26 survived that check.

Do I need the Quick Wins Map first?

No. They’re separate and either one works on its own. Most people start with the Quick Wins Map because it’s free and it tells you where your fastest growth is hiding. The Messaging Map is the one that gives you the words.

Will it write my whole website?

No, and it doesn’t pretend to. You get your homepage before and after, headline and hook options, objection answers, posts and ads, your search listing, and a handful of messages, each with a how-to for your setup. Where a claim needs proof only you have, it leaves you a marked gap to fill instead of inventing one. Making the changes is on you or whoever helps you.

What do you need from me?

Your website, an email to send it to, and four short answers: what you sell and to whom, what a great customer looks like, what you’d like more people to buy, and what customers often worry about or ask. That’s the whole intake.

How long does it take?

About two minutes of questions from you, then usually around fifteen minutes for the Map to build. If it hasn’t landed within twenty, check your spam folder first, then reply to your receipt and Raoul will sort it.
